Look at that smile. She was definitely happy to be back sharing her outfit of the week with you guys after missing last week! We went on a little holiday to the Island to visit family. Look for our first travel post coming soon. The maker of this outfit calls it “Mermaid Scales”. I just love it! So bright and cheery, it makes me smile just looking at it.

Even Rylee can’t help but clap. It’s a short sleeved french terry material. It’s light and soft and a perfect length. It wasn’t constantly riding up her back and had lots of room so was super comfy for her. You could always add a long sleeved bodysuit underneath for the cooler weather and wear this any time of the year. This tank can also be made into a hoodie!

I added the pink headband because it matched the trim on the tank perfectly but with all the colours in this outfit you could almost use any head piece. And I had to add the sparkly teal shoes after finding out it was called “Mermaid Scales”! The shoes just brought the whole outfit together perfectly!

The pants are jersey cotton and so stretchy and soft! Apparently they get softer with wear too so I’m excited to see. I was afraid the colours would fade but I’ve washed these a few times already and they remain just as bright. I also loved the extra length in these and how they stayed tight around her ankles without sliding over her feet. She will be able to grow with these pants for awhile! These pants can also be done in a harem option.

The company that made this set is Canadian, so of course I love it even more. It was started by a mom who wanted cute comfy clothing for her girls. I love supporting these mom made Canadian businesses and in fact have just put in my third order with her. I just love the new Spring line so much!
